Nutrition is often made out to be more difficult than it really is.

Yes. I know some people have legit medical conditions and really do have a difficult time with nutrition; however, those conditions don’t apply to the majority.  Instead, the majority is busy chasing the latest ‘fad diet’ to drop the weight, only to put it back on shortly after deciding they are done with the diet.
