The Journey – Day 12…
My nutrition is still good and I’m sticking to the plan with the 24-day Jumpstart.
I had a busy day with work and family, so I didn’t get to work out, but I’ll be hitting the gym tomorrow to make up for it. Additionally, I’m going to go for a run tomorrow and see what kind of pace I can pull out for a 1-mile run. It’s been a long time since I pushed the pace and after being off for so long, I’ll be interested to see what it’s like. I don’t expect it to be anything spectacular, but it’ll give me a good starting point to measure against later for improvements.
You must push harder than yesterday if you want a different tomorrow!
