The Journey – Day 11…
The results are in, and they’re pretty good.
Here are my new measurements after the 10-day cleanse
* Weight: 190.4lbs (starting was 192lbs = change of -1.6lbs)
* Body Fat: 20.1% (starting was 22.7% = change of -1.6%
* Muscle: 38.7% (starting was 37.3% = change of +1.4%)
* Visceral: 11 (starting was 12 = change of -1)
Some of you may be thinking “that’s not very much”, but keep in mind that was only 10 days and I only made small adjustments to my nutrition. I logged everything, so you could see it, but I didn’t necessarily ‘track’ everything; meaning, I didn’t set a daily macro goal and monitor each macro to reach that goal. Instead, I was mindful of what I was eating and didn’t just fill up on carbs. I made sure I had good protein and fat sources for each meal/snack and then tried to make sure I had good vegetables and starches with it.
Remember why you started making changes and stick with it. You don’t have to make a lot of changes at once; instead, start with one small change you’re able to stick with and improve your health. These small changes can add up and have big impacts on your health.
