The Journey – Day 4

No long drawn out message today.  I am sticking to the 24-Day Jumpstart plan and having fun with it.  It’s good to be back!

I’ll continue to post my nutrition while I go through the cleanse, but I won’t be posting my full day of nutrition as the blog moves forward.  I don’t think people really care what I eat, I just wanted to show the initial Jumpstart to give everyone an idea of how it’s going.
