The Journey – Day 2

Day 1 went relatively smooth for not being prepared.  The weekend was over before I knew it and I missed weekly food prep. As you can see from yesterday’s entry, since I missed food prepping, I had to substitute one of my meals with Chipotle. That said, substituting with Chipotle is a MUCH better option than just saying “I didn’t get to food prep, so I’ll just wait until next week to start.”.  Don’t fall into the ‘I’ll start next week’ trap, b/c “next week” continues to be “next week” and you never get started.
