Hello and welcome to my blog!
I’ve been around the fitness industry since March of 2003 and have had many ups and downs throughout my journey, but I always come back to it. Over time, we all encounter some sort of obstacle making it difficult to do everything we want, because we are doing what we need. In my case, my schedule was overloaded and working out didn’t make it on the priority list. My priority list was filled with family and career. Introducing a baby into the family didn’t exactly leave any ‘free time’ anywhere to be found. Instead, everything was filled with taking care of the baby, my wife, and trying to find time to sleep while still trying to keep up with my career. That said, I still believe, dad life is the best life! That said, the journey of fatherhood, while amazing, did come with the side affect of a ‘dad bod’. Now that our families schedule is finally leveling out, it’s time to get back to ‘fit’. What better way to keep myself motivated than blogging about my journey. Not only does it keep me accountable, it gives me the potential to help others by sharing my experience and knowledge with them.
